Kids Say the Darndest Things: A whole new thought on Spam

Last week we were inundated with news stories on that stranded Carnival cruise ship. News sources found it increasingly important to repeatedly tell us about their Spam consumption and, as Ariana and I listened in the car one evening, she said, "Ewww, they ate Spam??? Like the stuff inside boys?

"Huh?"

"You know, the stuff boys have... their tadpoles inside them"

I was clueless until I got home later and blurted out at Colby, "Ohhhh, tadpoles. Spam!"

Ewww is right. That whole conversation was just wrong on so many levels.
