Truly. I can't even bring myself to write about this baby doll since my brain is still processing it... It is a doll from Spain that promotes breastfeeding. The child wears a smock and when the dolls mouth is placed near it makes a sucking motion and sound.
Umm, yeah, like I said... still processing.

ReplyDeleteYou know... I was taken aback at first. But... you know... how are we supposed to promote breastfeeding as a natural way of feeding our babies if we ONLY provide bottles for the dolls? Yes, the product is a bit over the top... but maybe it should just be embraced as something very normal... no controversy... it's just breastfeeding for goodness sake... right???... maybe???
