Ok, so I don't live in the city, but I certainly don't live in a rural area either. We live in the suburbs of the capital of the state. So who the hell owns a rooster in the suburbs??? My neighbors, that's who! 3 days ago we awoke to the sounds of a rooster, and each day since. Although my kids find it fun, I want to know which neighbor got a rooster... why... and where are they keeping it????
